Returns & Exchange Policy

At Dim Mak Collection, we want you to love every piece you order. While we maintain high standards for quality and design, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Here's our comprehensive policy for returns and exchanges.

Returns Policy Overview

We accept returns under specific circumstances outlined below. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached (where applicable).

What We Accept for Returns

1. Size Exchanges

Didn't order the right size? We've got you covered.

  • Available Size in Stock: We'll exchange your item for the correct size at no additional cost to you. You're responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Size Not Available: When your preferred size is out of stock, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase price plus a 10% bonus credit as our way of saying thanks for your patience.
  • Timeframe: Size exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

Quality matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right.

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos showing the defect or damage
  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Choose between a replacement item, store credit or full refund
  • Print On Demand Items: For print-on-demand products, defects include misprints, incorrect items, or manufacturing errors

3. Wrong Item Shipped

If we sent you the wrong item, that's on us.

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • We'll ship the correct item, issue a store credit or a full refund


What We Don't Accept for Returns

  • Final Sale Items: All sale/clearance items are final sale
  • Change of Mind: Returns due to buyer's remorse are not accepted
  • Hygiene Items: Masks, underwear, socks, shoes, and headwear cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
  • Print-on-Demand Items: Custom POD items cannot be returned unless defective, misprinted, or incorrect
  • Items Without Tags: Products missing original tags or in worn/washed condition
  • Orders Past 30 Days: Returns requested after 30 days from delivery


Shipping & Split Orders

Standard Items

Orders containing standard inventory items ship within 2-10 business days.

Preorder & Print-on-Demand Items

  • Preorders: Ship within 4-6 weeks of order placement unless specifically outlined in the product description
  • Print-on-Demand: Ship within 7-14 business days
  • Split Shipping: Orders containing both in-stock and preorder/POD items will ship as separate packages when ready

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped
  • Tracking Required: Always use trackable shipping methods when returning items
  • Return Address: We'll provide the correct return address based on your original order (Dim Mak Collection or Printful fulfillment center)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@dimmakcollection.freshdesk.com within the appropriate timeframe with:

  • Order number (e.g. DMMK#1234)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable for defects/damage)
  • Preferred resolution (exchange size, refund, store credit)

Step 2: Await Authorization

  • We'll review your request within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • You'll receive return instructions and address
  • For eligible returns, we may provide a prepaid shipping label

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package items securely in original packaging if possible
  • Include your order number
  • Use tracking and keep your receipt
  • Allow 3-7 business days for processing once we receive your return

Store Credit Details

  • Never Expires: Store credit has no expiration date
  • Full Site Access: Use on any future purchase at dimmakcollection.com
  • Bonus Credit: Size exchange store credits include 10% bonus when the preferred size is unavailable
  • Processing Time: Store credit is issued within 3-7 business days after we process your return

Special Considerations

Print-on-Demand Items

Items fulfilled by Printful follow their quality standards:

  • Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects, misprints, or wrong items shipped
  • Size exchanges are not available unless there was a production error
  • Returns must be reported within 30 days of delivery

International Orders

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Allow additional time for international returns processing
  • Customs duties on returned items are non-refundable


Package Protection

We partner with Route for package protection. Adding Route at checkout protects against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Route claims can be filed independently here.
