DIM MAK Collection Affiliate Program Policies

Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

Welcome to the DIM MAK Collection Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to promote DIM MAK Collection products in exchange for commissions on qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate links.

By applying and participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)

• Have a valid website, social media account, or promotional platform

• Have a legitimate audience aligned with streetwear, music, or fashion

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not be a direct competitor of DIM MAK Collection

• Provide a valid tax identification number (if required)

• Maintain good standing throughout participation

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Standard Commission Rates

• Tier 1 – Standard Affiliates: 10% commission
  (General affiliates, fans, early-stage creators)

• Tier 2 – Premium Affiliates: 15% commission
  (Established content creators with consistent audience engagement; criteria determined at DIM MAK’s discretion)

• Tier 3 – VIP Ambassadors: 20% commission
  (Strategic partners and high-reach creators; invitation only)

Commission Calculation

• Commissions are calculated based on gross monies received (actual funds received by DIM MAK Collection), excluding discounts, returns, refunds, taxes, shipping, and chargebacks

• Commissions apply only to completed and fully paid orders

• Self-referrals are not eligible for commission

• Orders generated through prohibited methods are not eligible

Cookie Duration & Tracking

• 30-day cookie window: You will receive credit for purchases made within 30 days of a tracked click

• Last-click attribution applies

• Affiliate tracking is based on system-recorded click data; DIM MAK Collection is not responsible for tracking issues outside of its systems

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• Payments are issued based on DIM MAK Collection’s internal accounting periods, typically Net 60 following the close of the applicable accounting period

Minimum Payout Threshold

• $50 minimum balance required

• Balances below $50 roll over

Payment Methods

• Direct bank transfer (for balances over $500, subject to internal approval)

• Additional methods may be offered at DIM MAK’s discretion

Tax Responsibility

• Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes

• U.S. affiliates earning over $600 annually will receive a 1099 form

• International affiliates must comply with local tax laws

5. Promotional Guidelines

Approved Methods

• Social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Blog or editorial content

• Email newsletters (to owned audiences only)

• Podcasts and personal recommendations

Prohibited Methods

• Trademark bidding (e.g., “DIM MAK,” “Steve Aoki”)

• Spam or unsolicited messaging

• Misleading or false claims

• Unauthorized coupon/deal site listings

• Fake reviews

• Intrusive advertising (pop-ups, etc.)

• Cookie stuffing or tracking manipulation

• Adult, illegal, or offensive content

• Impersonation of DIM MAK Collection

• Misuse of brand assets

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Brand Asset Usage

Permitted Use

• Affiliates may use approved DIM MAK logos, product images, and assets provided via official channels

• Usage must comply with brand guidelines

Approval Requirement

• ALL use of DIM MAK Collection logos, product imagery, or brand assets is subject to prior written approval unless explicitly pre-approved in writing

• Written approval is required for:

  • Press releases

  • Large-scale campaigns

  • Custom creative outside standard assets

  • Any use involving Steve Aoki’s name, image, or likeness

Restrictions

• No modification or derivative works without approval

• No trademark use in domains or handles

• No implication of official partnership without written consent

7. Returns, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Adjustments

• Commissions are reversed for returned, refunded, or cancelled orders

• DIM MAK reserves the right to require reimbursement of paid commissions, not solely deduct from future payouts

Termination Impact

• Upon termination, no further commissions or payments will be owed, including pending or unpaid amounts unless otherwise agreed in writing

Fraud & Chargebacks

• Affiliates are responsible for fraudulent activity tied to their account

• Chargebacks may include commission reversal + administrative fees

• Suspicious activity may result in immediate termination

8. Account Management

Affiliate Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account information

• Monitor performance dashboard

• Follow FTC disclosure rules (#ad, #affiliate)

• Report issues promptly

DIM MAK Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Modify commission rates (30 days notice)

• Approve/reject affiliates

• Withhold payments for fraud

• Request traffic verification

• Update program terms

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time

Upon termination:

• Affiliate must stop using all links and assets

• Access will be revoked

• No further payments will be made unless explicitly approved

9. Legal Compliance & Disclosures

Affiliates must comply with:

• FTC guidelines (U.S.)

• GDPR (EU, if applicable)

• Local advertising and marketing laws

10. Limitation of Liability

DIM MAK Collection provides the program “as is” without guarantees, including:

• Tracking accuracy

• System uptime

• Commission approval

Liability is limited to commissions earned in the prior 12 months.

11. Confidentiality

You agree to keep strictly confidential all non-public information, including but not limited to:

• Commission structures and payment terms

• Internal performance data

• Marketing strategies and materials

• Business operations and financial data

• Any non-public information related to DIM MAK Collection and Steve Aoki

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

12. Modifications to Terms

DIM MAK Collection may update these Terms at any time:

• Immediate for legal compliance

• 30 days notice for material changes

• Upon posting for minor updates

Continued participation = acceptance

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California or New York (as designated by DIM MAK Collection)

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration OR courts located in California or New York, at DIM MAK’s discretion

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement applies

• Severability enforced

• No assignment without consent

• Independent contractor relationship

• Force majeure applies
