Previously only available in Japan, Dim Mak Collection presents its sixth collection called “Paradise Found” to a global audience as the brand expands into top US retailers. A designer menswear brand helmed by DJ and producer Steve Aoki, the Spring/Summer 2018 collection is inspired by Aoki’s own personal response to today’s global climate; commenting on current events, socio-political turmoil, terrorism, racism and sexism through bold patchwork, military-inspired silhouettes, and bold graphics. Patchwork and dark graphics are juxtaposed with the hopeful slogan from Francis Scott Key - “Land of the Free, Home of the Brave,” which has been emblazoned on the back of sweatshirts, tees, and jackets; signifying Aoki’s own hope that America will restore to it’s past of supporting dreamers, and those seeking refuge and a better future.

The Spring/Summer 2018 collection will offer a range of wardrobe essentials including re-imagined military silhouettes (Anoraks and Drop-Crotch Cargo Pants), premium Japanese denim offerings, and a popular range of playful tees and sweatshirts that feature graphics and patchwork. Already seen on some of the music industry’s most recognizable up-and-comers from Joey Badass to PARTYNEXTDOOR, “Paradise Found” is a reflection on a utopian thought and existence, welcoming everyone who seeks refuge from the turmoil both at home and abroad.
